Our Time Together

Schedule a free 1 hour chat to get to know me and see if I will be a good fit as your doula.

Before your birth, we will have up to two, 2-hour prenatal meetings where we will go over your labor and birth plan, talk about your feelings and emotions, and work on physical support/comfort measures for labor.

The first meeting will be scheduled between 28-32 weeks and the second will be scheduled between 32-38 weeks.

I will be available to you through phone and email from the moment our contract is signed. Feel free to ask me questions, update be about your experiences, and check in about birth plans.

Starting at 37 weeks I will be on call and ready to run out the door with my Doula bag to meet you for your labor. I can meet you ar your home or birthing location.

When you are ready for me to join your labor I will be by your side for the entirety of your labor and birth. During this time I will offer emotional support, physical support, and help with communication between you and your care team.

In the first week postpartum, I will check in at your home. Then after about a month, we will check in again to see if another in-person meeting will be supportive.

After this time together, you will continue your journey of parenthood, but I will always be your doula who is just a call or text away!
